| Springtime in Philadelphia means fairs, festivals, feasts and fêtes. Saturday May the 7th served up no less than five: the Spruce Hill Festival at Clark Park, Mount Airy Day at Cliveden, the Cianfrani Park Fair in Bella Vista, and two covered by your phillyskyline.com host, the Fitler Square Fair and Rittenhouse Row Festival.
