Winter came late in 2004-05. It was 65 freaking degrees for the Mummers Parade on New Years Day, so
when it finally snowed on Wednesday January 19th, a measly 2 inches was welcomed by us winter lovers.
The people who have moved to Phoenix, Tampa et al for their sunny skies ... they can have em.
Pennsylvania's seasons are one of its biggest assets, and usually to their respective
extremities.
Anyway, at risk of babbling about the weather, I'll can the noise and head to the photos. They were all
taken between 7 and 10PM, on a walk from Fitler Square to the Schuylkill River Path, behind the Art
Museum and through the Fairmount neighborhood. Here we go ...
