When the Schuylkill River Development Corporation unveiled their masterplan for the river's development from The Dam to the Delaware, it really shone some light on areas you might never otherwise think of—Sunoco's unused waterfront, secluded Bartram's Garden (the oldest botanical garden in the country), and the area wedged between 76, Grays Ferry Ave, freight train tracks and the Schuylkill itself—Forgotten Bottom. Black and white seemed perfect for this forlorn area on an overcast March 31st, but a few just had to be color.
