We had you phone service installed on the 9th of Jan. We have two phone lines, one of witch is court ordered from a divorce. Sinse the instulation the court odered phone
line has not worked, and two appointments to fix it has been missed. All calls to the support center has not been helpfull. The best that they say can do is Saturday the
28th of Jan. This is not acceptable, [some utility company] has missed two appointments, I will expect some one at my house be this weekend to fix this or I will cancel
all of our services with [some utility company] (ie phone, TV, and internet). Phease call us at [123-456-7890] to let us know when to expect a reair tech.
