The Divine Lorraine is the queen of North Broad Street, there's no doubt about it. In March 2006, our good friend Brandy Hartley got the chance to explore this alluring structure, just before DPK&A Architects began renovation for conversion to condos.

Vital statistics: designed by Willis Hale; opened in 1894; located at Broad & Fairmount (& Ridge); was occupied for years by Father Divine & the Peace Mission Movement; is undergoing renovation currently. Read more on the Divine Lorraine here, here and here, then come back for the show.

Or if you like, you can check Brandy's set in its entirety (these are about 50 out of the 200+ she took) at her Flickr site, found HERE.
