In late February/early March, the workers of Madison Concrete reached their goal, topping out the 930' concrete core of Comcast Center. Ergo, the first full week of March was the last regularly scheduled shift for workers at the top. They generously brought me on board Thursday of that week for a combo mission of showing off the work they've done and enjoying the highest possible views in the city. (No disrespect to the guys who have to change out the lights on Roxborough's TV towers, of course.) This essay of 90 photos does its best to balance those two: the work and the views. Enjoy.
